Personal Information ‘Opt Out’ Form

Attached hereto for your reference is an opt out form. California law specifically provides you with the right to “opt out” of sharing your personal information so that communications to you would only come through the management company. If you would like to take advantage of this right, you can return the attached form to our Desert Management office and we will note this in your records.  Please note that if you elect to “opt out” you will continue to receive official association communications.
