What was revolutionary in mid-century modern architecture is now ubiquitous. Fast-forward to 2006 where ALTA was leading the revolution in contemporary desert home design.
ALTA is Palm Spring’s first real estate development where architectural design was outsourced to a prominent and internationally recognized custom home architectural firm, Patel Architecture.
The initial development was planned by Newport Coast Capital Management as the developer, ING Realty Partners as the Investment Partner, Patel Architecture as the primary Architect, and the Interior Design team of Jeffrey Jurasky & Associates.
Alta received the prestigious “Home of the Year” honor from the 2006 Gold Nugget Award.
Following the economic downturn of 2008 and the hard hit real estate development market, Alta was purchased by Toll Brothers. Final phase of development commenced in 2011.
